Any purchase of our products will be governed by these terms to the exclusion of any other terms. We make every effort to update our website when items are out of stock, but all products are subject to availability. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
Any advice or recommendation given by us is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk.
The quantity, quality and description of any specifications for the products shall be those set out in our website but you should be aware that the images appearing on the website are not always accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions in any price or other information without any liability.
While we will make every effort to ensure all items are in stock, there will be occasions when we cannot guarantee this, owing to the unique production process. We will inform you at the earliest opportunity should you order a product which is temporarily out of stock. We will offer a replacement or refund.
We aim to despatch all orders within three working days.
Under normal circumstances, UK delivery will therefore take up to seven working days from receipt of order, while deliveries outside the UK should arrive within 14 working days of the order being received. Please note, however, that during the current Covid-19 pandemic, deliveries may take longer than usual, and this is entirely outside our control.
Please add a note to your order during checkout if you need express delivery for a particular reason and we will do our best to ensure that you receive them within that timeframe. Unless otherwise agreed, all items are despatched by Royal Mail – first class in the UK and by Airmail overseas. These services are untracked and delivery cannot be guaranteed within a certain timescale. We are unable to offer a refund for any items which fail to arrive by a certain date unless you have requested and paid for express or tracked delivery. If any part of your order is out of stock we will inform you and despatch the available items only, unless an imminent reprint is due.
Any claim based on any defect in quality or condition of the products must be notified to us within three days of delivery after which you will be deemed to have accepted the products.

Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the point at which they are despatched to you.
Our catalogue prices and website prices are in UK currency. Payment is taken automatically during the checkout process. All prices in our catalogues or website are subject to change without prior notice to reflect any increase in the cost to us of production and fulfilment.
We aim to protect legitimate credit card owners from fraud and therefore will report to the necessary authorities any person attempting to use a card which they are not authorised to use.
We only dispatch orders once payment has cleared to our account.

Warranties and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not have any liability for the content of any websites which link into this site. All products supplied conform to relevant British and European standards. To the extent permitted by law, where there is a defect in any of the products then we shall be entitled to replace the goods or the part in question free of charge or, at our discretion, refund to you the price of the product (or a proportionate part of the price) but we shall have no further liability other than that.
We can accept returns only if we have supplied an incorrect item, or if the item is damaged on receipt. We cannot accept returns if the order has failed to arrive within a certain timeframe unless you have requested and paid for express or tracked delivery. To return any goods, please enclose a letter with the goods, in original packaging, stating the reason for return clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange and return it to:

We will replace defective or incorrectly supplied items at our own cost.
If returned from outside the EU, goods must be marked ‘BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’ and accompanied by an appropriate customs form. Please instruct your carrier to provide the necessary documentation. Failure to comply may result in import duties being charged to your account.
No order may be cancelled by you, except with our agreement in writing and subject to any deduction from the price for any cost and expenses which we have incurred.
If goods are to be shipped or used overseas, then it is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be shipped to and used in your country.
We confirm that we will not pass any of your information to any other company. The information we have about you will be stored on computer and your details added to our mailing list. If you do not wish us to send to you any further offers or promotional materials then please highlight the appropriate box on the website.

You are not entitled to assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this contract. This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provides the right to cancel an order for goods purchased within seven days, beginning the day after goods are delivered (received).
Should you decide to cancel your order you must notify us within the seven working day period and we will refund your purchase by crediting the original credit/debit card used.
Please return the items to us as soon as possible within this seven-day period. Where possible, please use Royal Mail First Class Recorded, which is probably the most cost-effective method for you. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Please enclose a letter with the goods, in original packaging, stating the reason for return.
